COVID-19 information for people with disabilities

The following resources provide information about the virus and available vaccines. This includes how to get vaccinated and what to keep in mind as we continue to move forward together.

Vaccine information

People aged six months and up can get vaccinated against COVID-19. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continues to provide the most up-to-date information about available vaccines.

Vaccines and boosters are available across Idaho. The Department of Health and Welfare provides detailed information about where you can get vaccinated as well as what to expect at your vaccination appointment.


COVID-19 health and safety information 

New information about COVID-19 is coming out regularly. It’s important to remain vigilant about the virus.

The Green Mountain Self-Advocates compiled a Self-Advocate’s Guide to COVID-19, which includes plain language information and toolkits.

The CDC offers a COVID-19 County Check tool that allows you to check community levels in your area. This can help you decide what prevention steps to take to help keep yourself safe and healthy.
