OnTrack is an Idaho Department of Education-sponsored course for new special education directors and directors who desire additional support and professional development for special education-related requirements.
OnTrack focuses on critical information required to establish a strong foundation of knowledge to lead special education teams. This course will cover content related to the Special Education Director’s responsibilities toward compliance and results. Topics include but are not limited to fiscal timelines, data reporting and timelines, secondary transition, early childhood, Medicaid school-based services, alternate assessment, general supervision file review (GSFR), IDEA discipline, significant disproportionality, and LEA determinations.
