Through multiple real-life examples from preschool through adolescence, participants will learn and practice applying foundational behavior principles, setting up and analyzing ABC data to form a hypothesis and identify function, and using the Competing Behavior Pathway to develop function-based interventions to support students with diverse needs and disabilities.
B101 is a beginner-level training that is appropriate for all school staff seeking a foundational understanding of behavior - paraprofessionals, special education teachers, administrators, general education teachers, and related service providers.
This training includes three parts: (1) booklet, (2) four online modules, and (3) live training that is offered either as a full day face-to-face training OR 3-part live virtual meeting series.
