The Idaho State Department of Education has a federal State Personnel Development Grant (SPDG) from the U.S. Department of Education. The focus of the Idaho SPDG is to increase the degree to which the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework is implemented with fidelity in Idaho public schools serving grades K-12 to meet the academic needs of all learners, especially students with disabilities, and ensuring that they are college and career ready.
