BEACON is an initiative designed to enhance the capacity of Idaho’s local education agencies (LEAs) by providing foundational and applied behavioral support for educators. This year-long program organizes participants into cohorts based on their location and behavioral experience, offering tailored training and resources. Each cohort is led by a SESTA Coordinator with behavioral expertise, equipping educators with evidence-based behavioral practices and strategies to manage behaviors across school settings.
By fostering collaboration and professional growth, BEACON empowers educators to create positive learning environments for all students.
