About ECLIPSE Resources

As part of the ECLIPSE project, our team develops practical resources, tools, and training materials to support IPSE programs in preparing students with intellectual and developmental disabilities for competitive integrated employment. These materials are developed through ECLIPSE's work with IPSE programs, student interns, peer job coaches, employment specialists, employers, and other partners across Idaho.

Resources are designed to support skill development, strengthen employment practices, and provide tools that can be used and adapted across college, workplace, and community settings.

The Foundational Career Readiness SkillStack supports student interns in building and demonstrating seven core career readiness competencies: Career & Self-Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Technology. Each competency can be earned as an individual microcredential, in any order. Together, all seven stack into the Foundational Career Readiness Badge.

ECLIPSE has developed accompanying guides with definitions, demonstration pathways, rubrics and self-assessment questions, skill-building activities, and examples of evidence student interns can use to demonstrate each competency.

This open-access guide provides practical training for peer job coaches supporting student interns in IPSE programs. It includes nine units focused on effective and respectful workplace support.
