This hands-on training is designed for educators administering the Idaho Alternate Assessment through Dynamic
Learning Maps (DLM). Participants will learn how to navigate the DLM Educator Portal, access student and
assessment information, locate and use Essential Elements and Learning Maps, and utilize instructional resources
to support assessment planning and instruction.
This session is designed to help educators become comfortable using the DLM platform and to prepare them for
implementing instructionally embedded assessments throughout the school year. Participants will engage in
hands-on activities and should bring an internet-enabled device to fully participate.
Important Prerequisites for Training Attendance:
Completion of the required Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) Educator Portal Teacher Administration Training is a
prerequisite for attending this in-person training. Participants who have not completed the required training in
advance will need to register for a future virtual session after the prerequisite training has been completed.
